Returns & Cancellation Policy
Where a product is from stock we can offer a full refund, excluding delivery charges, when returned to Print Data Solutions Limited within 14 days of receipt of order.
If the product is for a bespoke product, custom made, we cannot offer a return unless:
a) the product does not match the order, or
b) the product is faulty
If the product(s) delivered does not match your order please contact us via email (feedback@printdatasolutions.co.uk) outlining the problem and we will arrange the return of the said goods. Please remember to include your original order number and the name your order was placed under.
If the goods have a problem relating to the quality of the product such as a mis-print or a fault, then a photograph as well as description of the problem should be emailed through to feedback@printdatasolutions.co.uk for our customer services team to assess.
We cannot take any action on an order until all of the goods are returned for inspection. Following the return of the goods a thorough assessment will take place following which Print Data Solutions Ltd will deem whether the return is valid or not.
If the problem relates to a production issue at Print Data Solutions Limited, then a re-print of the goods may be offered to rectify the quality issue. Print Data Solutions Limited retains the right to solely offer a re-print when seeking to rectify any problem with an order.
A refund will be offered on bespoke items only when an order is cancelled prior to any work being undertaken by Print Data Solutions Ltd. If you need to cancel an order you should contact customer services on 01933 672150 as soon as possible. Due to the short turnaround times we try to work to, your order may have already gone into production.
If an order has been placed by the customer and subsequently produced by Print Data Solutions a refund will not be offered on cancellation as the goods are produced to order to client’s specifications and cannot be re-sold.
Any problem with an order should be outlined within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
Failure to inform Print Data Solutions Ltd of a problem within 24 hours of receiving the goods will mean the order is deemed to have been accepted and checked.
Delivery Policy
Unless prior agreement has been given, deliveries will only be made inside the United Kingdom, Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to deliver goods, nor can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer by any action or inaction on the part of Print Data Solutions Limited or any agent acting on behalf of Print Data Solutions Limited.
Payment
Unless credit terms have specifically been agreed through completion of a Customer Credit Application, all invoices are payable immediately.
If invoice credit terms are agreed with the Customer and the balance is not met within the stated payment terms, interest will be charged as per the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
Copyright
When placing an order with Print Data Solutions Ltd the customer accepts sole responsibility for copyright and the reproduction of images.
In placing an order you are deemed to have accepted the above terms and conditions.

Average turnaround times are shown on the product page. Please note that these are average turnaround times only and are not a guarantee of which day your order will be delivered. Turnaround is shown in working days which does not include weekends or public holidays.
